2022 TAS Pharmacy Conference

All Pharmacist delegates at the 2022 Tasmanian Pharmacy Conference will receive access to complete and record CPD credits via the Australasian College of Pharmacy (College) CPD Library.

The multiple choice questions for pharmacist CPD will be available on the College website from the first day of the conference.

How to access the College CPD library

Already have a College CPD Library account?  
  1. Go to the College website: https://www.acp.edu.au/
  2. Click the "CPD Login & Library" button above to access the CPD Library.  
  3. A login page will open in a new internet browser tab.  
  4. Enter your College ID or email and password. Click login. 
New to the College CPD Library? 
  1. As a new user, for you to access the College CPD Library to claim your CPD credits, you will need to set a password. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the College website: https://www.acp.edu.au/
  2. Click the "CPD Login & Library" button at the top right of the screen. A new browser tab will open.
  3. Click the link Set your password.  
  4. Enter the email you used to register for the 2022 Tasmania Pharmacy Conference. Click submit. 
  5. You will receive an email from info@acp.edu.au. Within the email, click the reset password link. 
  6. A new browser tab will open. Set and confirm your new password. Click set password.  
  7. Click the link to return to the login page.  
  8. Enter your email address and new password. Click login.  
  9. You will then have access to the College CPD Library. 

How to Claim Your CPD Credits

Please claim either Group 1 (Presentation ONLY) OR Group 2 (Presentation & CPD Assessment)  
  1. The CPD accredited sessions can be found on the left side of the "Browse Learning" catalogue under the heading "2022 Tas Conference".

  1. All sessions at 2022 Tasmania Pharmacy Conference that are accredited will have an assessment component (five MCQs) to enable pharmacists to claim Group 2 CPD credits if completed successfully. 
  2. If you attended the accredited session but do not wish to do the Group 2 assessment, you can claim Group 1 credits ONLY (see below).
Claiming Group 1 (Presentation attendance only)  

You will need to enrol in the session you have attended to claim Group 1 CPD credits.

  1. Go to www.acp.edu.au 
  2. Click on “CPD Login & Library”.
  3. Login to your ACP account using your Username and Password.
  4. On the left hand side there is a the “Tasmania Pharmacy Conference” heading with the following sub-headings: Group 1 – Tas Conference and Group 2 – Tas Conference. To claim Group 1 points for the presentation, select the Group 1 sub-heading. 
  5. Click on the tile of the session you wish to enrol and record your attendance. For example: 

  1. Once you have clicked the tile, the title of the session will appear. Click the “enrol” button in the top right hand corner.
  2. Scroll down and then click the “Launch” button next to the session title to claim your Group 1 CPD credits.

  1. You are now enrolled in the session and have Group 1 CPD credits recorded against your CPD record.  
  2. You will have the ability to provide feedback following confirmation of your enrolment.
Claiming Group 2 (Presentation attendance & complete MCQs)
  1. Go to www.acp.edu.au  (or via the link in the online conference program https://www.tasmanianpharmacyconference.org.au/program.html)
  2. Click on “CPD Login & Library”
  3. Login to your ACP account using your Username and Password (Instructions for Log in provided above) 
  4. On the left hand side there is  the “Tasmania Pharmacy Conference” heading with the following sub-headings: Group 1 – Tas Conference and Group 2- Tas Conference. To claim Group 2 points for the presentation, select the Group 2 sub-heading. 
  5. Click on the tile of the session you wish to view. For example:

  1. Once you have clicked the tile, the title of the session will appear. Click the “enrol” button in the top right hand corner.
  2. Scroll down and then click the “Launch” button next to the session title to record your Group 2 CPD credits.

  1. You will have the ability to provide feedback after completing the assessment.

Accessing your CPD transcript

  1. Go to www.acp.edu.au 
  2. Click on “CPD Login & Library” and log in as above.
  3. To access your completed CPD transcript, click on “My Learning Transcript / CPD Record” which is on the top menu.
  4. To download your record, click “Export to PDF”
  5. The transcipt will download to your computer

CPD Accreditation

Presentations for the 2022 Tasmania Pharmacy Conference have been accredited for 8 hrs of Group 1 CPD (or 8 CPD credits) suitable for inclusion in an individual pharmacist’s CPD plan which can be converted to 8 hrs of Group 2 CPD (or 16 CPD credits) upon successful completion of relevant assessment activities.

I've forgotten my password for the College CPD Library. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your password for the CPD Library, please complete the following steps to reset your password.

  1. Click on the "CPD Login and Library" button on the College website. A new browser tab will open.
  2. Click the link reset my password.
  3. Enter the email you used to register for 2022 Tasmanian Pharmacy Conference. Click submit.
  4. You will receive an email from info@acp.edu.au. Within the email, click the reset password link.
  5. A new browser tab will open. Set and confirm your new password. Click set password.
  6. Click the link to return to the login page.
  7. Enter your email address and new password. Click login.
  8. You will then have access to the College CPD Library.
I'm having difficulty logging in to the College CPD Library. What do I do?

I'm a College member, how do I access 2022 Tasmanian Pharmacy Conference CPD?

If you are a College member you will need to use your existing College ID or email and password to log on. You will be able view the 2022 Tasmanian Pharmacy Conference CPD items once you log in.

Group 1 vs Group 2 CPD activities

All sessions at 2022 Tasmanian Pharmacy Conference that are accredited for CPD will have MCQs on the College CPD Library that will enable pharmacists to claim Group 2 CPD credits if completed successfully.

If you attended the accredited session but do not wish to do the Group 2 assessment, you can claim Group 1 credits on the College CPD Library. Just make sure you select the Group 1 version of the session before enrolling.

Please do not enrol in both for the same activity. The CPD accredited sessions can be found in the "Browse Learning" catalogue.
